What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview went fine. Questions were not hard, mostly behavioral questions. Excel skills were stressed out by the interviewer and the minor/major in CIS (informatics) would probably be a plus if you consider Operations as a career choice. No technical questions were asked whatsoever, which was kind of disappointing. Do not be too confident and try to express your interest in a position.
