Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After applying online with a CV and a Cover Letter I received an invitation for the first round phone interview that lasted less than 30 min and consisted mostly of technical and experience related questions. After explaining my background and walking the recruiter through my resume I started getting questions about DCF, multiples and valuation overall. Later he asked about my experience in a VC fund and experience with renewable energy projects (since he was from Energy&Utilities).
I felt it went well but after 2 weeks I have been rejected (I guess I failed to achieve a good rapport with the interviewer and was too boring with my 'resume story' that didn't really connect with IB and MS)
