Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process began with a first round interview with two bankers on campus which lasted for 30 minutes.

I received a call about one week later inviting me to the Superday at the firm's offices.

The Superday consisted of about eight one-on-one or two-on-one interviews for about four hours total. Most interviews contained a combination of standard technical questions and behavioral questions. One interview was 100% brain teasers.

I got a call two or three days after the Superday and was extended an offer.

I believe I got the offer because I had a good story, knew exactly why I wanted to get into banking, and (of course) knew my technical information.
