Time sensitive, offer help

In a bind here:

Offer 1: Top private banking analyst program
Pros: Great firm, great salary for wm/pb
Cons: experience, exit opps questionable

Offer 2: Mid-tier investment bank analyst program
Pros: better experience, better exit opps
Cons: not a great name

Offer 2 because of the exit opportunities - whatever job you take now should be about the experience and the exit opps. After all, you know you're leaving in two years, so you should really be focused on the long term.

- Capt K - "Prestige is like a powerful magnet that warps even your beliefs about what you enjoy. If you want to make ambitious people waste their time on errands, bait the hook with prestige." - Paul Graham

If you want to do IBD or PE take offer number 2. If private banking is what interests you, do that. The jobs are so completely different that I can't believe you don't have a preference. PB tends to be a long term position, so keep that in mind.
