IB or REPE right out of college

I am an incoming junior at a solid university who is interested in the real estate space as a long term career, specifically REGAL: hotels, casinos, golf courses, that type of thing. I am only about 80% set on real estate, as I have never worked anything else in finance. I am thinking right now that I want to do banking, hopefully in a real estate group so I can still get exposure to real estate while also getting the pure financial reps of an ib analyst. Also, I've never really been a prestige wh*re, so the banks I have been getting the most success with are consumer type with growing MM IB presence. I also don't particularly care about the money, I will still be making more than everyone else in my high school class in either of these fields, so 80k + bonus vs. 100k + bonus makes very little difference to me. I am okay with working a lot, and would honestly prefer 50-70 hour weeks to the typical 40 at this point in my career anyway, but of course its not a must. I want to do something I enjoy, get good experience, be happy in my life, and set myself up well for whatever I decide I want to do down the road, hopefully run a resort company which has always been my dream, although it is far fetched.

Anyway, all this being said, let's say I get two offers:

1) ib role at a mm with no real prestige, making 120 including bonus, generalist but does some real estate but also some M&A and stuff like that

2) making 95k including bonus at a small, solid REPE shop. No national prestige or anything, but good deal work and what not

If you were in my shoes what would you do?
