I already have an investment banking summer analyst internship for this summer (which is NOT included in the current resume). Nevertheless, I would like to see if you guys could further suggest on how I could improve my banking resume.

I must say I like the volunteered at maximum security prison in Peru part, and the very international background.
Resume seems a bit bare for a rising senior. Cut down on the main work experience and extrapolate more on other extracurriculars or accomplishments. Didn't read the bullets because they were so long...
