Sales and Trading Compensation ladder

I am interested in what the typical compensation ladder is like for a career in sales and trading in a top-tier BB bank like JPM, GS, and ect.

Specifically, what can I expect for compensation as a fixed income trader. So an estimate of base + bonus for Analyst level and Associate level from someone who works in this department would be great.

Thanks

This has been covered ad nauseum; use the search function.

There's no general formula. Depends highly on individual performance, desk performance, business performance, firm performance.
