Attitude Towards Individual Plans of Study Major
Hello all,
I am curious as to what the opinion is on individual courses of study. Say if I were to create a Government and Economy curriculum, or something along those lines.
Is there a consensus? Does it just not happen?
How good is the school?
I don't know how the individual plan of study major is perceived, but can you not study economics and political science/international relations instead (major in one and minor in the other)? That way you don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Degrees combining economics and politics are common in many reputable universities around the world (sometimes adding philosophy or sociology as well).
How about combining Econ with Finance/Applied Psychology? This is at a reputable school? (Top 25)
Double in math and Econ and teach yourself computer programming.
Top 15 public with OCR.
I could do that, but there is an unrelated minor that I want, so I am trying to see if how I can work with the time I have left.
