Canadian here, should I do grad school in the USA? MFin, MIM, MS

What title says, do you think it would be worth it for me to pay international fees to attend school in the USA? Do you think I can break in to the USA market, prob need a work permit.

Or would my time be better spent trying to break into the Canadian market by doing a Mfin program from Rotman, Schulich, Queens?

Most of my friends (Canadians) who did grad school in the U.S. (Including an MFE at Berkeley, an MBA at Wharton, and an MBA at Harvard) all ended up back in Canada when they graduated.

Not to high jack the thread, but how about the other way around? As a US citizen, what is the best way to break into the Canadian finance industry?
