CB Richard Ellis - Wheel Program
Hey
I posted a question about this a while ago, but did not receive an answer. Maybe this time.
Has anyone had any experience with CB Richard Ellis' Wheel Program . Its a year program where they rotate you throughout the company. I applied for this position a while back and have received a call back from their Texas office.
If anyone has any experience I would greatly appreciate some advice.
Thanks
I've heard great things. If you would like to stay in RE for your career, its a great program with a big name company. Good place to start a career in RE.

Anyone have experience with this program? Searching WSO yielded little info other than salary.
What are the interviews like? (I have re experience) How truly selective is the program? Any exit opps to BB RE divisions or just REPE/development? Any major differences across locations? ie: DC vs. NY vs. Boston
Thanks in Advance
From what I understand, the CBRE Wheel Program prepares you to be a succesful broker. If you are interested in a career as an RE broker, the Wheel Program is great training. If you are interested in REIB or REPE, avoid the Wheel Program and try to break directly into REIB/REPE.
What is the salary of the program?
.
This is of interest to me as well

Hello!
Does anyone have any insight into CBRE's Wheel Program? Compensation, Exit opps, day-to-day etc?
My friend works here. Not sure about exit opps, but pay is 60k-ish base I believe, maybe slightly under. Culture is super fratty.
Thanks!
I think comp is closer to 50k while in the wheel program (without any first hand experience). I have a hard time believing their rotational program pays more than the draw for thier 1st year brokers.
