Does anyone have any experience with this boutique investment bank? All I know is that they are a pretty small bank but other than that please let me know if you've had experience dealing with them or know someone who did. I would appreciate any input.

Never heard of them, but clearly a shop of ex-BofA guys. Seem to be trying to get going still, probably lots of pitching will be involved with fewer transactions. They did advice a realty holdings company in 2012 on a deal for $30-31 million, but not sure if it closed.
it's about a 3-5 man merchant banking shop. Not quite sure what deals they are on, but I hear they lost a lot of money on their oilfield investment. All (or most) are ex-bofa guys. wouldn't be a bad place to intern if you're trying to break into the industry.
What do you guys think is the best way to find out more about the company before an interview? I already talked to one junior guy and he told me a little. What's the best source of knowledge on boutiques?
Know a guy who works there. He enjoys it. A lot of exposure, pretty casual culture, handles some average deals with the occasional larger one. Top heavy in terms of hierarchy. Hours are a little less than standard, but during deals are up there on the high end. Best way to find out info on boutiques is really to just try and get informational interviews, especially if they aren't in the news or whatnot.
