Credit Suisse Alternative Investments Interview

hey,
I have a buddy who has an interview with CS Alternative Investments- strategy and business development.
I was curious if anyone had some info on this group/maybe has interviewed or maybe knows what type of interview he should expect (more technical or fit interview).

I had a summer intern

I had a summer intern interview with them. all fit. I ended up interning in another division and HR would not let me interview with 2 divisions so I don't know about later rounds
