First time resume writing in three years (buy side looking to break into sell side)

Hi all,

Foremost, here's the link

http://www.razume.com/documents/24963

My difficulty is coming from the fact that I haven't interviewed/ written resumes in almost three years so there's that.

Just to give you a brief background, I interned at a small ETF shop where my direct supervisor left to create his own PE fund during my college senior year. He asked me to join him, so I went with him and helped him for the last two years - anywhere from starting the fund and filing necessary papers with IRS to day to day trading to due diligence to talking with C-level executives during the deal structuring and closing phase.

Largely, I took from M&I format, but I feel a need to prove my quality as, obviously, I do not have the brand name coming from BBs. But at the same time, I do not want to come in as someone having too much experience for someone that's two years out of the college (i.e. when people read my resume, a typical reaction is "you are two years out of college and you are 'negotiating' with executives? are you b-sing me?"

Anyways, I would greatly appreciate any comment you may have!
