I have a FOF interview coming up, and am curious how can I best prepare myself? I have been reviewing hedge fund strategies, but is there any other advice/ prep I should be doing?
Thank you

I don't know of anywhere you can find out t funds they're holding. I would probably have an opinion on which strategies look attractive now and how you would think about combining various strategies to maximize risk-adjusted returns.

Amen.
FOFs are starting to realize that post-madoff, investors are demanding transparency beyond what a lot of FoFs offer.
For instance, there are some FoFs that offer monthly reports to investors. This is no longer acceptable and a huge reason the business is dying.
Instead, SMAs (Separately Managed Accounts) are becoming more and more popular. Why? Because each investor has different holdings, and thus receives greater transparency from their manager.
How large is the FoFs you're interviewing with? Maybe I can help with some individual funds that may exist on their platform..
