Funny job situation...go

If you put them in a bad situation by quitting i doubt they'll want you back, but I would try nevertheless if you feel you have a good relationship.

i built all the processes for them as well as even going so far as making video tutorials. i emailed the boss this week, and he sent back a kind email stating that the notes i left were great. i feel like i have nothing to lose...

Worst they can do is say no, but even then it won't burn a bridge. Be honest, say you made a mistake, and would like to come back.

It depends on their situation -- if they need you, there's a very good chance they will take you back as long as you don't act like a jackass. Be humble and sincere. If they don't need you, there's a low chance anything good happens, but also a low chance that a bridge is burned. If anything, they will snicker and talk shit behind your back (who cares) but it shouldn't burn a bridge unless they are unreasonable people.

yeah they were a good team. only issue is that they kind of found a replacement, but my former colleague there told me the office feels different. would it be bad to leave the current job only after a month if the old job were to consider me back?
