How hard to land in Wells Fargo Securities Charlotte

Generally is it harder, easier, or about the same to get in on IB at the securities division of Wells in Charlotte? Are the jobs difficult to acquire in relation to comparable jobs in NYC or San Fran?

I can't speak to IBD directly, but the sort of person those positions attract is typically very different than what the S&T ones do. That isn't to say that there's no overlap, but typically someone who could get and S&T internship wouldn't be a good fit for IB and vice versa. So it's very difficult to compare. In terms of relative difficulty I'd say that they're probably about equal.

The New York and Charlotte offices have somewhat different recruitment processes (or at least they did), but my impression was that the NYC interviews were harder.
