Internship in NY

Hello everyone,

I am an Italian grad student and I am actually doing a fixed income sales internship in an Italian bank in New York. The internship lasts unitll September but I would like to have more experience here maybe working for a US bank next year.

Is there any possibility for European students to find an internship in US banks or do they look only for Americans?

Do you have any advise on how approaching the job market here? in Europe it is quite easy since you usually apply on-line to every bank but in the US I know that many banks usually recruit on-campus.

Thank you!
