Last week I posted the website I made for a project www.IvyLeagueEdge.com. Most of you said the layout was crap and it looked like it was from the 90's.
I deleted the old site and started from scratch using all your input. I hope that you will please take a look now and give me feedback. I am still open to criticisms. Tell me if its good or if there is something else you would like to see.
I'm working on a logo which is why the top of the page has a lot of white space. I also promise i'll stop posting about this site soon.

You waited 34 minutes and then got pissy that anonymous people on the internet didn't do your hw for you? The page looks blank. You acknowledged that already. Fill it up and then post it again. When asking for peoples' time you should try to have something ready for them to look at.

Gmail hurts the professionalism.
The "Website Building Software & Website Design Tools by Intuit Small Business" at the bottom also hurts the professionalism. I advise learning HTML/CSS (s'pretty easy), hiring a web designer, or getting a volunteer web designer to build the website.
If your changing the formatting of resumes and cover letters, your website should have perfect formatting. The fading line change positions when you go to the Contact Us tab. You will need bios of the people who will be doing the review for people to trust you.

Well, to start with: the name.
As someone who goes to a Haas/Stern/Sloan, I would think f*** off, probably some Cornell douchebag, And someone who goes to HYP might think the same.
So, it's not exactly attracting as many people as possible. But if feeling prestigious is more important than maximizing profit in your book, go for it.

Waaay too plain, not enough info about background of people, or what the service actually provides. The whole sire reeks of a scammer trying to look profession.

The idea is to keep it very basic and clean.
I listed an email and a phone number for contact information. I also provide any donation information by request so I don't see how it "reeks of "scammer".
I have been taking everyone's input and made many edits to the site. Thank you for all the feedback!

On the homepage, the fact that "Home" and "Welcome..." don't line up is very annoying on the eyes.
