Job Cuts and Business Continuity

I am a graduating senior that will be starting full time at a BB in Business Continuity in June. With all the job cuts being announced at various banks, I can't help but wonder if my job may be in jeopardy.

Does anyone have any insight on whether or not Business Continuity is a department that may fall victim to these job cuts?

sorry man, no clue. But there isn't really much you can do whether your job is at risk or not, unless you want to keep interviewing for other positions that seem more secure and then reneg on your BB offer. But I would not recommend that.

Problem is that in this market you may think another job is more secure and end up jumping into another sinking ship.

Just try to relax and enjoy the time before you start.
