Leveraged Loan s&t

I am curious if anyone on this site has any input (preferably from experience) on the leveraged loan business. I am doing a rotation on the sales desk this fall and am looking for a day-in-the-life type of commentary. I have been reading various articles on the current environment of the business, but have struggled to find anything on internet in regard to what its like to work in the space. If you know of any readings or career guides please let me know. Also, the standard pay, quality of life, exit ops, etc. advice is always appreciated. Thanks for any and all input!
