Yes, everyone wants to be in control of their own future, and the way to do that is to be your own boss. You can definitely do it with 50k. Hell, you could do it with 5k, if you subscribe to Tim Ferriss' ideas.

I'm definitely done with this industry. Maybe not a startup, but corpdev or VC sounds very interesting.
