Do they HAVE to have prior banking experience? I'm about to graduate in May with a degree in Finance. I'll send you my resume. One thing not on my resume (as it's currently in progress) is my effort to enhance my school of business internship program. I am actually meeting with the Dean tomorrow morning to discuss it further and have a meeting next thursday with the dean and an MD at an office about the idea. I also have a pitch book for both parties that a friend of mine in IB said is good considering I have Office on Mac which means no VBA.
