Non-Target Student, Destroy my resume

Hey everyone,

I am a Junior from a non-target doing everything possible to land a Summer Analyst internship next summer. Please destroy my resume, don't hold back. I am lacking in work experience and try to make up for it in Activities. I am also searching for relevant finance related positions for this coming school year. I will also be attending a 4 day finance program with a smaller firm in August that I will be adding. School is a state school that happens to be a top 30 engineering, I have nothing on my resume mentioning engineering.

I wouldn't mention anything about the engineering school as it appears you are not in it, and it has very little bearing on your education in the business school. Also would remove the objective. If you're trying to fill space, leave it in I guess.

Also, tighten up the last section, no second column of bullets, especially with a lone line for "interests". Maybe add an interests section separately? You're coming from a non-target with an average (not scoffing, just honest) GPA, your personality and showing you're an interesting person are one of the areas available to differentiate yourself. Don't limit it to one line and three words.

Keep refining it, good start.
