VC imo. Having FO experience would be excellent, and if it's medium sized then it should have some decent recognition.

IMO the other options aren't as attractive because: 1. No FO work with the HF 2. I've personally seen a decent amount of sophomores with no-name PE experience, so it wouldn't set you a part AS MUCH as the VC gig.

 

Hard to answer unless you have an idea what you want to do after graduating. Unless it's a necessity on your end, pay should not be the main deciding factor because things will even out in the end. You want the opportunity that will put you in the best position both in terms of prestige and actual experience for your next step in your career. If interested in PE/IBD, I would probably go for the PE or VC role.
