Try to cut it to one page on
Try to cut it to one page on a Microsoft Office Document as this is the typical length of an undergrad resume. PWM professionals will generally spend no more than 30 seconds looking at a resume so you need to be more detailed in your approach. Cut out everything that does not have to do with meaningful accomplishments/tasks/projects in your work experience (get rid of professional approach, listening carefully on phone calls, etc.) Cut down your experience descriptions to 3-5 bullet points each.
If you do that and cut out your courses (echoing r12) your resume will look vastly more professional.
