Resume Question - Question about resume dates

yo,

i had a question about resume dates.

for my internships, should i write out the dates that i was an intern like Jan-Mar or would it be ok to write the season period like spring 2010?

also, for the EC section on my resume i wrote the exact month dates i held a leadership position, so would it be inconsistent if i went from that to writing the season period on my work experience section?

thank you

More generally accepted to write the months instead of the season...
