Retake classes or add econ minor?
I'm a junior at a non-target. I am wondering whether it would be more beneficial to add an econ minor or to retake some classes that I did poorly in and raise my GPA.
Possibly of interest: I'm pretty sure I'll end up doing an MSF
My GPA is currently a 3.55. I would retake two classes that I got a B and a C in. Provided I got A's, my GPA would go up to 3.72 and I'd easily be able to keep it around 3.7-3.8 by graduation.
The econ minor requires two more classes; I'm not going to both add the minor and retake the classes because I'm on pace to leave a semester early and I'd like to save the money.
Any opinions? Leaning towards retaking the classes at this point.
What's your major?
Business and management with a finance concentration.
Retake classes then, econ won't really help you and GPA is much more important.
If you were some sort of unrelated study then I would have said to go for the econ.
