Way more detail under your internship experiences, pick 1 or 2 on campus experiences to keep as separate items, and consolidate the rest in an activities list at the bottom. Your practical work experience is just so much more important. The good news is that it's great. So really dig in.
thanks. After my FLDP internship at the F20 firm this summer, I should have a lot to write about.
Certainly. As a suggestion - consider keeping a journal. At the end of the day, as you're leaving the office, jot down what you did that day, and keep a running tab of progress on various projects and what you've done. This will (i) keep you organized at work, which is huge in itself, and (ii) be super helpful in crafting drop-dead resume bullets.
rule of thumb: if you can't come up with 2 bullet points for an experience, it probably shouldn't be on a resume
- Manage all expenses and budgets of XYZ Hall which has approiximately 400 members - Sit on the ARH Financial Board and distribute $11,000 to different student organizations 3. You definitely need to consolidate that leadership list, you don't need to give a bullet point to being in a frat or being an alternate member in some Quiz (sorry if that's some kind of prestigious event or something), you can just list that stuff
Apart from all the suggestions above, the first bullet point in your under your second firm in the work experience section results in an auto ding:
"Conducted inventory audits for 691 parts and found that 98.7% of new the tractor parts have correct quantities are being shipped to factory on time"
This bullet does not make sense, but beyond that it doesn't say anything. You are basically stating a fact. You observed that ~99% of the time, things happened the way they were supposed to.
It can be tough to describe your work experience if you haven't had that much experience but try to quantify things more and relate it to what you would be doing in a Front Office Summer Analyst role.
Appreciate it.
