This is funny, from the friendly white family section. I have a correction though, the hipster area is actually more of a melting pot / yuppie

Hey UFO, PM, I live on the boarder of old people and asians and mcmansions.

I kind of don't get the Bankers and Businessmen area. There really isn't much out that way; it's away from both Philly and NY.

I also dated a girl from Happy White Family area, describes it to a T.

Ah. Was thinking of that. Just didn't know it was that plentiful of a means of transportation. How much is it? Expensive huh?

Hmm.. yes I've been to Manayunk. There are a fair amount of hipsters but for the most part it is pretty upscale compared to the rest of Philly.

Uh Hoboken hipsters? I don't know if ya got your story right there.. Brooklyn is known for hipsters, not Boken'. I've got plenty of friends who are traders who live in Hoboken who say the crowd is pretty good.

Hoboken has tons of Hipsters....ever been to Maxwells? It's a hipsters paradise...and the chicks look like dudes, and the dudes look like they hang out under the bridge with Duncan and Frank Reynolds

Rothy, I meant the map referred to Hoboken as hipsters, not my personal view. Personally, I don't think Manayunk is that "hipster" either. I would say Philly Hipster is Fishtown / Northern Liberties.

If I get a job in NYC, I'de like to live in Hoboken for a year or two.

My name is Nicky, but you can call me Dre.

It's a decent move. You can find a place with much more space for the same price you'd pay for a studio in Manhattan. Nightlife is pretty good as well.. plenty of rooftop bars with amazing views to the city all along the water. Good places to eat, etc.

Of course if money isn't an object, Manhattan wins hands down.
