target resume critique fall 2011

hi. was wondering if someone could look over my resume for me.

A couple points. i'm going to be using this resume this fall because i'm going to study abroad so for accelerated resume drops.

A. There's a couple of stuff i've just projected because i still have a couple months left. obviously, if they change, i will change it on my resume

  1. my target school gpa, this is my first semester, but i have a good chance at a 4.0

  2. my immersion program gpa

B. Areas I'd like some advice on.

  1. I know managerial accounting case studies team leader is major bullshit, but i needed something to show i didn't just goof around my freshman year summer. Should I take this off?

  2. I know I don't have any relevant work experience yet, but being at a target with a strong gpa, would I be able to atleast get first rounds? Also, since it's because I've been busy doing actual worthwhile stuff, would it still be an autoding?

i really wanna intern in HK/Singapore for IBD if possible.

Played lax all through high school, club teams at both my school were really hardcore. Decided I'm rather get trashed every weekend than do windsprints.

Dude you got a great GPA. However getting ibd as a sophomore is really hard without networking, and even more difficult if you do accelerated process(you would at that point only have 2 semesters under your belt. If you're serious about this, you need to network hardcore and stand out. Being at a target is hard to get hired sophmore year. You need to give them a reason not to tell you to try again next year, as you'll prolly end up in that junior year applicant pool.

Banking.

MrV, I will be a junior this fall. I'll going to study abroad in spring 2012, and a result, for my junior year internships, I will have to apply during fall 2011 instead of spring 2012 like most people.

However, if nothing pans out, I do have permission from my college to graduate a year late because of the immersion mandarin program i will be taking from Jun 2011-May 2012.
