Boston Monkeys: Ideas for where to hold next WSO Boston meetup?

Boston monkeys, Patrick, the boston social chairs (hockey1316, chicandtoughness) and I are trying to decide where hold the next Boston happyhour / meetup. We used to hold them at Coogan's but the place has been too loud as of late and nobody can hear anyone. So.. any ideas?

Criteria we're looking for:
Close to financial district / easy access after work
Not too crowded at 7PM on a Wednesday or Thursday eve
Have a good meeting area / table / bar area that can accommodate 5-10 people
+ if they have a happy hour going on, good drinks, good service
+ if it is an all-ages place so some college students can attend as well

Thanks for all the suggestions Ill look into them and have something official by end of the week ! Hope to see you all there
chicandtoughness suggested these:
1. JJ Foley's.. a little stereotypical but nice place and great location: http://jjfoleysbarandgrill.com 2. Beantown Pub.. used to get crowded when I went but it's also super convenient: http://www.beantownpub.com

let me know!

I hope you're kidding... Of the suggestions in this thread, I'm leaning towards JJ Foley's, though.
