Top RE Firms in Denver, CO
Hey guys, looking to move from my current state to CO after graduation from a non-target. I'm looking to start my post undergrad career as a analyst for a RE broker. Other than CBRE, Prologis, and Marcus & Millichap does anyone have suggestions for firms to look at in the Denver area?
Thanks
I have heard talks that Rockwood Real Estate Advisors might be opening an office in Denver.
Not sure about Denver specifically, but both Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International are better national and international CRE brands than Marcus & Millichap and Prologis. I'd even look into Cushman & Wakefield before them.
Awesome, I appreciate the input.
Cold call/cold email the hell out of upper management. They love it in this industry (not being sarcastic, even)
My good friend is an analyst with Cushman Wakefield here (I'm in Denver). That and CBRE have very good local reputations that I'm aware of
KSL, Amstar
second KSL ... forgot about them
The Broe Group was hiring an acq analyst a few months back...no idea what their focus is though
Pat Broe is a badass.
Non-target: no clue. How are your chances at getting a top RE gig? Are you sure you've got the stats for it? Might be better to look more generally.
2010 (Apologies) Denver CRE Brokerage Rankings:
CB Richard Ellis Inc., Greenwood Village — 16.28 million sf.
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc., Denver — 7.58 million sf.
Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate, Denver — 7.57 million sf.
Colliers International - Denver — 7.07 million sf.
Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc., Denver — 6.21 million sf.
Most markets are like that to be honest - CBRE kills it, JLL & Colliers fight it out for second, and then sometimes there's a brand (Cassidy Turley this time) that is really good in a certain market.
I appreciate the info everyone. CBRE is on my list of firms to check, might be able to get an entry level there while I apply to b-school. If not, i'll land something. Thanks again
One final question that you guys might be able to help with. Does anyone know of a way I could get the Denver business daily for free? I can get the Orlando one because i'm a student, so i'm just curious.
Just use the website?
Look into Studley as well.
HFF started an office there not to long ago.
Amstar
Amstar is a great company. They are basically the major player in the Turkish retail space
CRE I can only get some of the stories. I can only get part of the first paragraph for most articles
Quas fugit earum enim minima. Repellat tempore qui eum impedit delectus quas odit. Dolores sint maiores commodi dicta labore. Mollitia blanditiis quasi tempore sapiente nulla. Rerum eligendi adipisci suscipit omnis quos itaque laudantium. Nesciunt nulla ut voluptate non qui voluptates aut.
