I checked the SEC filings and their is nothing for Fredrick D. Scott LLC. It looks like he was a pretty low grade con-artist, and will never make it Buddy Fletcher/Bernie Madoff/etc status.

Buddy seems like a sharp guy, with holdings like SAPX and ANTS.

The best part of this whole article is that Fletcher was responsible for the "Alphone Fletcher University Professor" gift at Harvard that went to none other than Skip Gates. Unfortunately for Skip the "$4.5mm" gift was made in the form of a warrant that expired worthless. Good thing Harvard has $32bn in real money to cover the losses.
