Best online platform for options trading?
IB has a $70 a month fee for feed. I'm looking to place a 5-6 call or put spreads and then see them out, best way to do this? I did a few on my account at work and transferred them, but they dont like it when i do it.
Recommendations, or would it be best to just grab a broker?
TD Ameritrade
Same rec, decently reliable.

What site do you guys use for trading equity options? Why do you like it?
i have an account with optionsxpress. its pretty good.
OptionsHouse absolutely kicks ass. Options trades average $1 a contract or less, stock trades are a flat $3.95, and the platform is really powerful and user friendly. I switched over to them about a year and half ago and never looked back. They even provide you with a completed Schedule D for your taxes at the end of the year. Plus they give you 100 commission free trades if you open an account with the following link, and I get 30 or something for referring you:
OptionsHouse
I can't say enough great things about them. I transferred over from Scottrade because I primarily trade options and Scottrade's commission structure on options was ridiculous.
i like thinkorswim - great customer service, really good platform (altho bit of a learning curve), and not sure if they still do it since the TD ameritrade buyout, but i negotiated my commission rates to $1.5 a contract.
Awesome. Thanks for the info, everyone.
