To get into investment banking all you need is a bachelor's degree. After a few years all you need to get into PE, hedge funds, VC etc. is the experience in IB. So can you basically have a successful career and move up to being perhaps vice president in a PE firm with only a bachelor's degree, without MBA, CFA etc.??





You will probably need an MBA
You will probably need an MBA to be a vice president, but stranger things have certainly happened. Work experience is crucial though, and will probably be the biggest factor in any of these moves...
