i am fucking bored by my internship.

i am an intern.

i feel like the learning as plateaued.

i want an offer, but how do i maintain strong interest in the job?

Still not sure if I want to spend the next 30+ years grinding away in corporate finance and the WSO dream chase or look to have enough passive income to live simply and work minimally.
 
BankingRUs9Stop complaining, do whatever your associate tells you to do with a smile. Volunteer to do more, and ask your staffer is there are more projects available for you. Learn about maintenance & incurrence covenants, leverage/coverage, learn as much as possible.

i have some previous bb experience.

but you're right. i might as well. its just that i've done most of this before, and its a bit hard to feel the same enthusiasm as other interns.

 

As walkio said, look around/talk to people and try to find an area of the bank that interests you more. If you're talented, the bank would rather retain you in a different role than lose you.

 
Juwanna MannYour suggestion that you've "done most of this before," despite only having compiled an aggregate 10-12 weeks in banking (at the intern level) is absurd.

Truth. Your experience from the previous summer should allow you to step up, take on more responsibility, and do more interesting work as opposed to the mind-numbing work that summers normally get
