Morgan Stanley is hands-down the most HOOD firm on The Street right now

Alright, enough of our Crips vs. Bloods debate, I think we can all safely agree that Morgan Stanley is the most gangsta firm on The Street right now. Whether this is just an egregious week of PR misfortune for the House of Gorman or if this is just how they hustle on the reg remains to be seen, but one thing is now clear - MS has PIMPS that will straight cut you.

In addition to the assault charges against their head of Fixed Income Cap Mkts announced last Friday, MS has a new scandal on their hands:

DealBook:

The Morgan Stanley broker who was with Anna Gristina, the woman accused of running a brothel on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, when she was arrested has been identified as David Spencer Walker.

Ms. Gristina was arrested in late February and has been accused of running a brothel out of an apartment on East 78th Street that catered to New York’s wealthy.

...Mr. Walker, who has not been charged in connection with the investigation into Ms. Gristina, has a long history on Wall Street, according to information about him filed with regulators. Early in his career, he spent time at both Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers. He worked at Merrill Lynch & Company in the late 1990s, moving to Morgan Stanley in July 1999. In 2005, he jumped shipped to Citigroup, but ended up back at Morgan Stanley as the result of a merger.

Srsly tho - PIMPS and hoes and knifes and shit at MS.
