I'm a rising junior at a semi-target on the East Coast. However, I set my sights on the West Coast and especially SoCal (San Diego and Orange County). I'm trying to break into commercial real estate after graduation. Who are the biggest players in the area? Is it hard to get hired right out of undergrad (I'm also international so I'll need visa sponsorship)? Any tips on how to break in?

Cornell Real Estate Job Board allows to narrow search by location and should provide a good list of positions in SoCal including internships.
