I managed to have to analyst's position offers : both with a midcap focus.
1st one : Specialized in management advisory in LBO transactions.
2nd one: Lifescience and biotechs.
How would you rate a focus on management package advisory Vs an industry specific job ?

sorry, this is just way too vague and will be hard for anyone to give you a good answer...what are each of the firms like? What is dealflow? how do exit opps look? same location? same pay?
