I'm pretty sure it's not just quoting an @ mention, I get them pretty consistently even without @ mentions.
ah, so you're getting two PMs if you are quoted once (one saying you have a reply, one saying you are quoted)?

I got a double PM today at 1:46 PM EDT.
...looks like quote on OP broken...will get that fixed.
Also trying to figure out a way to only get one message/PM sent when you have the @mention...issue is if someone quotes an @mention right now it is triggering another PM...we will try to make it so that any @mentions WITHIN quote tags doesn't trigger a PM.

As of 6:35 PM EDT I still get double PM's when quoted...
Oh wow, guess more people are just replying then. Coulda sworn I'd been quoted without the double PMs...
