switch from those financial leadership program to banking
Is it doable from switching (think GE FMP,JPM corporate development program) to Banking or you have to go through the top MBA school then banking? I don'tt really like those financial roational programs because I feel like they are more related to the operational side of the business. What are the exit opportunity for these FMP programs? I want to break in in to banking, any suggestions? and Thanks for your input.
Switching to front office theoretically might be a possibility if you went with a bank, otherwise I would think you need a MBA. That being said, those financial leadership programs (especially at GE) are great programs to be in. If IB is the only thing you want then you will be disappointed, but if you are looking to get an MBA and move up as management then I would go for it.
Just one response? Come on Guys, I need your suggestions.
