Great read and not quite surprising. If you're a white or asian male in consulting or finance, and your firm is not a brand-name, then you're pretty much fucked at the top 5 MBA programs.

Haha but it also helps in the fact or idea to go and triumph certain things in your essay and hardships you've had.. Parents had me while in HS and I was first to graduate HS nevermind college and mother died when I was young so it basically says to weave things like that into your story if you can... This is where the "having to do more essays" is a good thing since you can sell your sides better

It does go over a lot of things that we already knew but helped fine tooth comb what to do for leadership and EC roles as well as extra rocky details of your life -- don't want them there to make excuses but more so to sing your Heros ballad. And yes blastoise that works

I never knew military was considered underrepresented. I knew that it wasn't exceedingly common, but I didn't know it gets lumped in there with LGBT, race, etc.

So not to toot my own horn or anything but this was an EXCELLENT presentation and incredibly useful -- quick up front blunt way to get your questions answered, I was able to ask about if B schools like continuing studies from name brand schools over comm colleges for alternative transcripts, if me being the first to graduate from HS and college had weight and if the GMAT splits and breakdowns matter. Definitely sign up on the site for tomorrow's class!!!

Unfortunately I'm not able to sit in either. Would anyone be able to record the session. Or even a quick summary would be amazing.
