I've heard from a friend that there interviews are pretty technical, but not hard, is this true?
Also, why do people generally choose TM Capital over some of the other boutiques? I'm not looking to lateral to a BB off of this, but do you know if they generally promote from within or give interns fulltime offers? From their website, looks like their deal flow is pretty good for a boutique, what is their street rep like?

Also have office in Boston. Interviews are technical but nowhere hard. If you go over WSO and BIWS interview guides you will be fine for first/second rounds. After that it's just fit. Difficult to get offers though.

Currently: future neurologist, current psychotherapist Previously: investor relations (top consulting firm), M&A consulting (Big 4), M&A banking (MM)
