Traders: How Do You Avoid Morning Hunger Pangs
I gets in work at 6am every day. However, our firm orders breakfast for us at around 7:30am. During the one hour and a half, I usually get severe hunger pangs. I now eat snacks right after I get in work, and then breakfast at 7:30. I want to cut down calories, however.
Just wondering if anyone is in the same situation. Do you eat before breakfast? How do you avoid hunger pangs?
