Wall Street Prep offered free at my school, need some advice
Wall Street Prep is offered free at my school (school's paying) for top finance students in our school (top 50, non target for big firms) "Technical Finance Interview Prep Seminar"
Descriptions say it's an intensive 1 day (9 hrs to be exact) seminar led by investment bankers... my questions are...
-What are some good ways I can approach these IBankers? (i.e. network)
-What kind of opportunities will this provide for me in the future other than just listening to what they got to say?
-How should I dress? Go for a conservative look? (navy suit + white dress shirt and solid navy tie)
-Additional insights/feedback would be appreciated!! thanks

Question #1- you can approach
Question #1- you can approach them any way you like, but keep in mind that a) you're one of a much larger subset of students trying to do the same thing, and b) these guys likely don't have much to offer you
Question #2- not much... I mean you can learn from what they teach you, try to ask some questions about what its really like on the job. Don't kiss their ass and ask stupid questions, because these guys likely can't do crap for you anyway. Its a technical interview prep, so get technical interview prep out of it.
Question #3- business casual is fine. No need to wear a suit to this thing, unless its mandatory or something.
