Wall Street Prep offered free at my school, need some advice

Wall Street Prep is offered free at my school (school's paying) for top finance students in our school (top 50, non target for big firms) "Technical Finance Interview Prep Seminar"

Descriptions say it's an intensive 1 day (9 hrs to be exact) seminar led by investment bankers... my questions are...

-What are some good ways I can approach these IBankers? (i.e. network) -What kind of opportunities will this provide for me in the future other than just listening to what they got to say? -How should I dress? Go for a conservative look? (navy suit + white dress shirt and solid navy tie) -Additional insights/feedback would be appreciated!! thanks
