Anything on Blair As1 moving up?
According to this thread, Blair is adjusting AS1 to $175.
https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/william-blair-raised-to-110k
Wya @handlerrich?
fr
Fuck that guy
Baird is 110, BMO is 100
Does this mean everyone will have to match GS? 125k 2nd year sounds like 1st year base anywhere from 110-120k. EB's will SURELY have to match this +10k.
Where the fuck markets raises at in general. Ridiculous
can't make fun of IB for working 50% more hours and then complain about not getting a raise. cant have it both ways m8
my team averages 70 hours. higher during earnings and key conferences.
Has literally always been the standard that bases were the same between markets and IB. Definitely room to complain that this is a brand new change to FO compensation schemes, that clearly benefits one division over the other
Just to be clear: none of the banks above gave raises to ECM, DCM, pubfin or Corp?
My bank gave raises to ecm and dcm
GS new pay schedule
Source: Goldman Sachs Bumps Junior Banker Pay, Aligning With Rivals - Bloomberg
Isn’t that a bit low for associates? Didn’t most places just move it from 150 to 175?
This is correct. IMO it's wild to not match market especially given that associates, particularly MBA associates, are less likely to value name vs. the money. Material difference now vs. some peers.
Dick Handler
Wells Fargo at 100, 105, 110
IB only?
source?
I have a friend at Wells who can confirm.
My associate and analyst confirmed. I am in current summer analyst. Formal announcement expected this week
Anyone know anything about SVB Leerink?
they bumped as well but I can't seem to find the thread atm
100 110 125
...
Any word on Truist? Heard some crazy rumors about this past year
wondering the same I made a separate post earlier today
Six figure bonuses confirmed.
You seems to know a lot about Truist from your posts. Any chances on getting another base bump to match everyone???? I think every single bank is now at least minimum 95k/100k an1/an2. I can PM if you want to be private too.
Anyone know what this means for the few MF PE Analyst programs that are taking more and more analysts from undergrad every year ? Would they raise salaries as well
Let’s see, haha
Truist anything?? still 87.5/92.5 for analysts as of now
Truist planning to match pay with bulge brackets
Big if true. Source?
Is this true??
From post history looks like StreetMonkey is an idiot junior recruiting for SA2022 and commenting on things he has no clue about.
Petition for all BBs to raise again to 110K
Ill get started on that slide deck. Which bank, should it come from this time?
Why stop there?
I salute you all
Can someone confirm if PJT and EVR are currently at $95K base?
Confirmed
PJT is 90
PJT 90 EVR 95 base
Stifel (3 yr analyst program)
An1 - 100
An2 - 110
An3 - 125
Wow GS didn’t raise Associates?
F
Pouring one out for the associates
Idiotic imo. There is now a significant material difference between pay during associate years at Goldman vs. peers.
Piper
An1 100 / An2 115

WHERE
IS
MY
MONEY
Hopefully this benchmarking analyst compensation email that just got sent around means they are looking to raise soon...
We're all thinking the same thing .. fingers crossed
BofA looking cheap again although known to pay top of the BBs usually, given how fast they moved the first time I’d expect them to move again shortly.
Their Aso 1 base is also 175… BofA, while not GS/JPM, certainly pays their juniors well.
First year bonuses this year were very strong.
Can you give figures on first year bonuses?
I hope so
yeah curious to see if some banks shift again?
.
This says that BofA is 110k first-year as well, but I could not find anything confirming it:
https://www.efinancialcareers.com/news/2021/08/goldman-sachs-junior-ban…
Surely Goldman will take out of bonus? This is insane
Still has to be a TC bump, bottom bucket AN1 at GS was like 120k. Unless GS is gonna give 10k bonuses this will increase TC.
UBS is 100 / 105 / 110
WTF ARE EB’S DOING?
I’d expect competing pay to come soon
Any info on London?
Yes please can we get a London equivalent
I am also interested in London. Anyone know?
Have you found anything regarding London?
Hw 100/105/110
Piper Sandler bumped to 95k A1 / 110k A2
I thought it was 100 a1
Nope.A2 bonuses were 100k though
Does piper have only a 2 yr analyst gig? Do they often move people up?
There’s an option for third year if you join late. Pretty easy to move up
Jefferies trying to hard to fit in with the EBs
I can tell you first hand that Moelis does 90 / 95 / 100 but gave out a 10k per year wellness bonus paid quarterly so it’s now 100 / 105 / 110 plus really high bonus
I can tell you first hand that Moelis does 90 / 95 / 100 but gave out a 10k per year wellness bonus paid quarterly so it’s now 100 / 105 / 110 plus really high bonus
bruh why is BofA still like so low lol. also, what does Centerview (sans $200k A2A) mean, could someone explain?
200k signing bonus for A2A
Many of the BBs are 100/105/110, not 100/110/125 as listed
Yea none of the BBs are 100 110 125
waiting for BofA second wave increase...
Apparently Evercore mobilized according to EB salary thread. Figures to come out this week it seems
Did cowen raise base?
Doubt you’ll get one if SG doesn’t give one
Cowen has been independent of Societe Generale since 2006 lol
Any updates on SG?
Pretty sure Cowen is still at 85k
Any Intel on what's happening to salaries in London?
The USD 100/105/110 translates to GBP 60/65/70 (at least at my BB)
Would have been nice to update currency conversion to 2021.. would think investment banks would be familiar with FX rates
Does this apply to capital markets too??
Damn no more GS discount
Raise is for base though. Who's knows what total comp will be at
Anyone hear anything about TD Securities?
I believe AN1 95k
Awesome, thanks!
Love (most of) the banks telling associates to go die
Except they're not. Do your research.
DJ D-Sol, is that you?
Less than 10/20 on OP's post gave As raises, so show me your research!
Nomura now $100K for An1
Any idea what it is for a2 and what does the bonus usually look like?
Not sure of bonus. Base is 105k I suppose.
Do you guys think other BBs will bump again to GS level? if yes when do you think this will occur?
I'd bet that they move to 100/105/110 and they aim to match GS on a total comp basis but that's just conjecture
I know I might get flack for this, but BOFA and RBC are really the only two odd ones out.
Pretty sure despite the base raise, GS is still going to pay less than market in terms of TC. Don't see a reason for other BBs to match 110k when they can just give out larger bonuses like they always have.
Not accurate - GS13 and attrition made management revise comp model they have been doing post GFC. 1st year bonuses were over 100k+ this year
Yep, saw the numbers yesterday and was shocked. Kudos to the GS management team, they certainly delivered this year.
We need the French IBs to match comp. sucks watching y’all have all the fun :/
Rumors have it that SocGen raised analyst salaries by $15k.
Lazard just announced: AN1 bumped up to $100k and AN2 up to $110k.
Source? Was old base 85, 90, or 95?
If LAZ is going to 100, EVR, PJT, and CVP will probably be looking to beat that
Just to be clear: none of these bumps applies to ECM/DCM/pubfin/ and Corp Banking?
BB jumps definitely apply to product groups, idk about pubfin and corp banking
100% sure?
Bumps apply to corporate banking too
WTF is Jefferies doing
Rich gotta get off ig and meet with the board asap
Lol we just got to 110k.
CS is still 85k for first years and 95k for second years...
They’re 100
Yeah I’ve heard nothing about bumps… previously heard they are burning analyst 1 to 90 but no word from firm
Multiple articles out about imminent 100k boost
My group head also told a fellow analyst on the low that 100 raise will come soon
Friend at Oppenheimer said their AN1 base is now 95K since July too
Any updates on MF comp bumps?
Can we get the London edition of this list??
Any news on French banks, SG/ Credit Agricole or ING (Dutch)?
Any news?
In SG they have raised in the NYC but not in Europe. There are rumors about salary increases for European juniors in IBD.
Anyone have any insight into Greenhill?
Greenhill $100K for AN1, NYC
Was it raised to 100k or has base always been 100k?
Since when was it raised to 100k? July?
Does anyone have info on Mizuho?
90 a1
Do you know if they're planning on raising?
Lazard bumped recently as well. Believe AN1 is $100 base
Any idea what Scotiabank is doing?
bump
bump
Macquarie new base is up too, 100/105 for AN1, someone please confirm
An1 is 100, I work there
Any idea how that translates to london?
FT Partners?
$100K for AN1
Any idea what total comp usually looks like?
Shit really? When did they bump from 85k? And what's your source? Damn really hoping I get the SA offer from them then
