Now fuckin' pay me.
Just saw Killing Them Softly. This was the last line of the film.
Anyone else find themselves agreeing with this point of view? It's fucked up, and kind of depressing...

Hmm. Not aware of any businesses that can stay afloat after being cash flow negative for 13 years in a row.

I don't think he meant it literally, but in terms of there not being any solidarity. Everyone's in it for themselves, and at this point, the national identity is sort of disintegrating.

I guess it's a reflection of one's state of mind. If someone looks at life like a smash and grab, cool, just remember that others may have a problem with being robbed. If they see themselves having a job/business within the boundaries of a nation, cool, my guess is that this is a pretty balanced view. If their dissatisfaction with the nation's rules/culture are stong, one may see themself as an inhabitant of this planet, such as I do: business/money are just part of living.
