I really like it.
Maybe include some numbers in it: "I improved X by 10% during my 12 weeks" and maybe write a little more about the stuff non-finance related (poker, sports, music etc..) to make you more interesting.
I also liked the edited shop names. PIMP LLC FTW.
Take off CFA level 1 candidate, heard it's a huge ding. Anyone is a candidate for anything they say as long as it occurs in the future.
I have heard in the past to take poker off your interests --- while to some it may seem like a good hobby (statistics and all), to some it may seem like a liability. Just a thought.
really? most people with whom I have talked to have had indifferent or favorable attitudes towards poker
If you are going to a prop firm or into S&T, maybe.
Take Calculus 1 out of the courses, that's kind of silly for an econ major to have there. Ditch the (Vista, Windows 7) after Excel... not even sure what that means, and maybe put (Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) in parentheses there instead of having it on another line. Definitely get rid of CFA Level 1 candidate. Poker can be seen negatively if you're trying to go for a more credit-oriented fund, as some tend to like more risk-averse people, and poker is seen as risky. Also agree with adding metrics, particularly when talking about making enhancements to processes, or to add more info about the size of the investment projects you were working on.
If you do leave CFA level 1 candidate, please take the date off...have you even read the first chapters of the code of ethics for fucks sake?
Buffalo?
Bills?
