Free Ipads for Hispanic and Black Students in my school. WTF?
So, my college just decided to give free Ipad 2's to Hispanic and Black students enrolled there. We are a small school, but with a sizable proportion of those two groups. No Native American students here, unfortunately.
How the fuck can the school do that?

your title implies that your school handed out ipads indiscriminately to all black and hispanic students. in reality, this program is intended for "at-risk" graduates who are a part of some special program and LENDS them an ipad (hence the title, "iPad Lending Program").
